it was really good when i started but gradually it went down. First the company increased the targets and then they decreased the commision rate. I achieved 300% of my target this month of August but my salary is not satisfactory. I think i am underpaid for my contribution.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the commision rate is extremely low, it should be at least 9%.
