Experience is good. Culture is good. Envoirment is good, but the department I work in is insecure. who knows today i am working and next day I log in and my slack is deactivated.

Internet compensation, Outdoor medicle. Although that is minimal but it is there.

New challenges. But they come and somehow my manager makes it toxic

They should have this eager to help. But not helping is not there nature, its just that we have this pressure to make sure quota is meet. dont find time to help.
