Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The only thing that a Sales person needs to make him feel better is the money that they take home every month after working as hard as they can. Recognition doesn't pay the bills, money does.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am friends with almost 60% of the office folks and that's what makes my job a lot more easier. working with people who I can have a quick laugh with when I'm bored. plus the workplace team does an excellent job in keeping the culture of KT up to the mark.
