Its been great. But last 3 months I have seen a lack of collaboration between teams making day to day job more difficult and leading to a poor customer experience. At the same time compensation I feel is low compared to what we do.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall ability of the company to hear and absorb feedback. Difference of opinion is taken as fuel to innovation here from a culture stand point.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work and engagement being done by the CS CMRL team compared to the current compensation is not justified. Also the targets have been revised which have added more burden to the job while the compensation has not been increased.
