This is by far the best work experience I have ever had. The people here are professionals who love their job and always help out regardless of time issues. The managers are really supportive and because of biweekly communications, I can easily share anything that is bugging me.

The best part about my compensation package is the provident fund. I like the medical benefit that the company provides but it would be really helpful if OPD is included too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at KT is one in which no colleague, no manager makes fun of you or takes a dig at you if you mess up. On the contrary, the invest their time with you to make you a better person both professionally and personally.
