very colaborative and eager to help out each other whenever needed

get a proper raise. I've brought this up a number of time in my 1on1s

if I get to learn a new skill or get to work on some new project that adds to my experience
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Really need to work on employee engagement and retention. More over have clear KPI set for the different joB role, as the job architecture (e.g.L3-L8) is very vague
