I am unsure what career path I have at Motive because there are few female leaders so it makes me concerned for my career progress.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of visible female leadership. We do not have enough females working in leadership roles at Motive and it leads to unconscious biases in the workplace. I don't know how many times this gets brought up but there has been zero visible action or improvement.
