We have a winning mindset here. We want to win and we all work hard to achieve that.

My team is incredibly collaborative. I have never been met with much resistance or anything other than a helpful spirit from just about anyone that I work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This leadership team has great foresight and seems to be one step ahead of the curve for most things. We seem to always be in a position to succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
At the end of the day it all comes down to what I am being paid. Stock is OK, benefits are good, but my pay is quite competitive and thats what matters most to me.
