Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Great as far as work goes. The hand off of accounts and expectations after 4 weeks of training is pretty stressful though. Expected to know how to navigate systems, and perform the same as veteran reps of a year and more. A little more mentoring or allowing some flexibility for the new reps help.
