I have never felt like I'm being "thrown to the wolves". I have had the best industry focused training, amazing teammates that want you to succeed, and great leaders who care too.

We share out diversity from USA to PK in meetings with talent, and its personal NOT work

I know that every chance our company gets to make our product the best in the industry, we take. I love learning from my teammates in all backgrounds.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was given a lower offer than employees with the same or less experience in the industry. Otherwise I am overall happy. I think my base is slightly lower than others in my role.
