Overall I've had the best experience, I recommend Motive to all of my friends that are tenacious and want to make good money and have growth opportunities in their careers. I will say this job is not for lazy people or people that want a easy sale, it takes grit and is stressful but worth it
What makes you most happy at work?
Closing deals! Also getting to meet with my team and discuss things outside of work and make fun of each other
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the commission is the best part for me because it allows me to be financially independent and stable, aside from that the benefits are pretty incredible compared to the last company I worked at!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very collaborative and we joke around and work well with one another- if somebody is struggling we rally around to help them, if somebody is doing great we all cheer them on!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say that everybody in our segment is extremely collaborative and real, there's no bullshit, no having to put on a certain front or act like your something you're not, everybody accepts each other as they are and everybody is just comfortable being their true raw selves
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how personable they are, I feel like I have a friendship with all of the commercial managers that translates outside of work as well which is rare to find such down to earth, personable managers. I feel leadership at our company cares about it's employees both inside and outside of work
