It's been a great 7 months. I have very intelligent coworkers who teach me how to be better at what I do. I hope I can stick around here for a long time to come.

Individuals are empowered to make the changes that they think will make the company better (either to make more money or to make it a better place to work).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be both focused on a vision for the future that I agree with while not being so preoccupied in that future that they cannot see what's happening here and now.
