great, but the pay/title is too low for me. The folks I work with would benefit from training like effective ways to run meetings, write meeting notes, general office skills, etc.

My pay is below 1 standard deviation of the market average, even after considering unique characteristics including my work experience. I do not feel correctly valued based on my contributions to my team. HR incorrectly placed me in a low job title and pay grade when they assessed me.
