Overall a positive experience. I've had lots of opportunity for advancement, and I love working with the team. There have especially been huge improvements since new Post-Sales leadership joined. I just hope that Motive becomes profitable soon so we can get better pay and benefits.

There is more focus on constantly adding new features than giving compensation raises and better benefits.

Very collaborative. People at all levels of the organization are helpful and kind. There is a hierarchy but I forget about it most of the time.

Although most of our employees are in Pakistan making relatively nothing compared to US employees, we somehow still don't have enough money to give people proper raises.

Everyone here is welcoming, hard-working, and wicked smart. It's unfortunate that the executive team doesn't recognize our incredible PK team with adequate compensation. I love my team and I hope that Motive rounds a corner soon to start properly compensating work.

Everyone is so welcoming and collaborative. It's fun to come to work. We laugh and come up with great ideas together. I also love working with so many people from Pakistan. I have only good things to say about the people of that country.
