Everyone is super intelligent, engaged in their role, committed to the success of the team and Motive as a whole, personable, and team players. Best team ever.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know with certainty that I am being paid less than my male peer who was hired a year after me and who does not have direct experience for his role, whereas I had substantial. Determining pay based on location-oriented salary bands enables gender, race, and age bias and inequity among team members.
