There's a reason why I've been here 4 years. Motive supports my hybrid working situation, while my direct manager and team are incredibly supportive and encouraging. I love it here.

I've been at Motive for five years, and I continue to encounter new ways to challenge myself. Overall, I'm respected and valued by leadership, which is encouraging.

Seeing the work I do positively impact my internal stakeholders.

They are all super supportive of one another and have my back!

We are very inclusive when it comes to embracing different ideas, backgrounds, cultures, etc.

Getting the job done well..and having my manager and others appreciate me for it.

Our leadership team demonstrates a keen focus each year when it comes to reaching our core objectives.

They stay honest about the progress against our corporate objectives. They are not afraid to course correct when necessary.

I am awarded RSUs for when the company goes public. The better I perform, the more RSUs I receive.

It's a unit that is there to help each other. People will step up when you need them to.

I get to do what I enjoy - write for our employees - and get paid fairly for it!

Folks respect one another on my team. They also are good at providing positive reinforcement when team members highly perform.

We promote a hybrid environment if you are not in close proximity to a Motive office. Our company also emphasizes diversity and inclusion.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are inclusive. It's not just "window dressing," I feel. We are open to all genders, ethnicities, religions, opinions, etc. and value input from those across the board.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Motive has the right experts in the right "areas" across the board. The cabinet is adept at setting clear corporate initiatives and delivering on them consistently. Also, they are candid/transparent when sharing organizational updates with the workforce.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel the medical coverage at Motive is slightly a cut above the rest. Variety of plans to choose from, including a very fair dental plan that's hard to find at any company. However, I'm of course concerned about salary, and I feel I'm paid competitively for my area of work.
