Compensation is excellent. Constant turn over of employees and system issues makes it frustrating to get things accomplished at times. There does not seem to be a sense of urgency when it comes to doing what is best for the customer. Adherence to ROE is questionable at times.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company pays commission on your closes, no excuses to reduce the payout. What is promised for commission is given. Huge for sales. Culture and Environment there is nothing that stands out. Enjoy the sales comradery but rarely do we ever meet face to face.
