Closing business! Getting signatures and knowing it's a fully controllable part of my compensation

Everyone is willing to help, I can always ask someone to sync and they'll help through whatever issues pop up, or to brainstorm ideas etc
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency. Every "all hands" or "company wide" call things are laid out so everyone knows the direction, the reasoning and the "how we'll do it" behind every decision. It keeps people engaged
