Remote work is a huge benefit, and I feel fairly compensated for my location.

Working with my teammates to solve complex problems. They're good people, and I enjoy talking to them.

Team members are able to work well remotely, and are available in a decent overlap of working hours through the day.

Supportive if personal issues arise, flexible working hours, treat you like an adult. Good at handling remote work. Good at honesty and transparency.

I love working with my team members. They're open minded, have relaxed personalities, and interesting personal lives. They're dependable and share the work load. If you ever have an emergency and need help, someone will always step up.

The intent is to grow yourself, the company, your team etc. The sense of team camaraderie. Even when critical feedback is delivered to you, it's with the sense of "this is to help you grow in your career".
