What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is pragmatic and transparent with their decision-making. They don't let ego cloud their decisions, which can't be said about many executives in the Valley. Shoaib, in particular, cares deeply about all Motive employees and is a model CEO.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is incredibly mission-driven. When people put in long hours, it's because they care about how they affect the company's success, rather than working hard for appearances. Everyone is aligned in the belief that together we can build something that positively impacts millions of customers
