What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to influence stakeholders, create GTM strategy, and get genuine feedback on what I can do better. I appreciate the challenge and learning from such talented peers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Appreciate the transparency. As a very financially savvy individual, I greatly approve of leadership asking to cut back on unneeded expenses to help the organization save money where it can. I'm confident that our executive team is doing all they can in economic uncertainty to keep current employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
WOW! I've never worked with a team that I'm so grateful to work with. My leader has done an incredible job recruiting for our team. I am very grateful for each one of them due to the complexity of their experience and their genuine kindness to help each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive salary. I'm paid for my experience and grateful I'm paid fairly amongst my peers. This is the first company in 15 years that I can see pay transparency a lot clearer than others. Makes me want to work harder to prove my worth and ignore competitor recruiters because I'm so happy here.
