Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Feel that the compensation calculation is not as transparent as previous years, along with the valuation of the stock price at the time at which it was supposed to be awarded (Apr 1st). So its not that people are undervalued but the process of how the valuation is done is a little murky.
