Leadership team is honest about changing business dynamics and keeps the employees posted about it.
Some team members are co-operative and come with industry knowledge but for some it is a grow as you learn kind of job training. Also there is no transparency in the hiring process and people without relevant background in the areas they will be working on get hired.
The annual raise I got after having worked for over 16 months is a well below industry standards. When I reasoned it with management they could not provide any reasonable answers for it. As far as I know I have always met the tight time lines for the projects/tasks I'm assigned so far at Motive.
