I have my doubts about leadership's ability to handle an economic downturn. Also, I feel our leadership lacks IPO experience

My manager and his boss are great. Really appreciate their interest in my career and how they always have my back
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Neither my boss or his manager can explain when the merit process will happen. I saw how dysfunctional it was for the field and it does not give me any hope for ops teams
