I think my manager deserves an award because the word-of-mouth feedback from previous employees was not great, but my manager made sure that I felt heard and happy with my work. She gave me an increment because she knew I deserved it and was underpaid.

I mean for a manager who has 12 direct reposts running 3 teams with completely different work flows. I should be compensated well

I like that my manager takes interest in my culture and interest makes us feel like we are not working from so far away geographically.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the health benefits are very low 20k for Pakistan is way less. this doesn't even cover medicine for 1 month. So I am disappointed when I have to spend a quarter of my pay for medicine.
