I was brought here by a mentor that I was excited to follow and work for. Since then I have been exposed a healthy amount to leadership, pushed healthily beyond my boundaries to help me grow. Overall, very happy here so far.

The team provides a balance of psychological safety w/ each other w/ a competitive environment that pushes us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a lot of trust that has been earned and the belief that our product is making an impact on a large number of people helps bring us together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They set clear expectations and have taught me a lot about using data to make informed decisions. They continue to innovate across our products, GTM strategy, as well as internal business initiatives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The paycheck every two weeks is very fair but I was promised spot bonuses for good performance, which actually happened as promised when I did a good job. It was not an empty promise but a fair bonus when I performed above and beyond.
