My immediate team is amazing. We all look out for each other, everyone pitches in when it's needed, and the level of professionalism is unmatched.
What makes you most happy at work?
The gaps in team coverage provide opportunities I might not normally get at my level, and provide more exposure simply out of necessity. It's a good training ground for my next role.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hire more people with extensive qualifications but also high emotional intelligence. Show us you're invested in diversity by hiring more women and POC in leadership and executive positions. Allow more opportunities for employees to lift each other up and recognize colleagues' hard work.
