It's been exciting-- an evolution I'm proud to be part of.
The people and the work I'm doing.
It's tough to say, don't know.
The flexibility it gives me.
We are a tight-knit group, focused and super talented.
I appreciate it all. The health benefits are probably the best.
The autonomy and independence we're given. I feel trusted to do my work.
I'm confident in their vision for Motive, and they do a good job of keeping me motivated.
They keep us informed and are transparent. I really appreciate that. They're also really forward-thinking and innovative, and I believe in the direction they have for the company.
They need to be accountable for their work. In general, people are rewarded for dishing responsibility for their own work onto someone else. It's part of a system here that favors certain individuals and departments over others.
Everyone on my team is highly motivated and has a positive attitude. I would say my team is more motivated than other teams I deal with. I wish everyone here had the same energy and motivation that we bring.
I don't think it's understood what my department does or what it takes to perform our jobs. Much of my work is dictated by others. My knowledge is being wasted because of it. Understand the skills of your team and give them the authority to say no to time-wasting or low-value work.
They have their favorites and let them run the show. They need to be better at investing in the rank-and-file employees who keep the business running. I feel expendable here. No one understands what it takes to be successful at my job, and when I try to educate them on that, I don't feel heard.
The team I'm part of is definitely most positive. I like everyone on my team and we respect each other. I am quite happy to be on the team I'm on. Most days i like the structure of my job and the pace of the work. Culture would benefit from more diverse leadership and workforce most of all.
