The most positive thing is that the manager is super helpful and knows how to manage a big team well.

My team has the BEST manager who will go out of the way to accommodate you! The coworkers are also extremely corporative. This is one of the best teams to work with!

What I appreciate most about the leadership team is how accessible they are to every employee. They make sure to be approachable and open, which creates a strong sense of support and connection within the company.

What I love most about my team is our collaboration and support for each other. Everyone is proactive and always willing to step in to help. The positive energy and shared commitment make working together both productive and more enjoyable.

The leadership team here is one of the best teams to work with. They will recognize not only your work but you as an individual. They will make sure that you are heard and this makes my tenure here worth it!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that I have proved myself here in every capacity possible. I regularly ask for feedback and improve myself in order to give my 100% to the company however due to contract extension and not being offered a permanent role/any other benefits or market competitive pay I feel a littleundervalud
