What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership has developed an environment/culture that is quite inclusive, respectful, and innovative. Moreover, it teaches you contemporary practices that are followed in some of the best companies in the world.
What makes you most happy at work?
Since the time we have moved remotely, the happiness or excitement is not there anymore. However, on the other side, it helps save fuel and other costs which is great at the same time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In 2017, Motive (KT at the time) was paying way above anyone else in the industry (in PK) but it is not the case anymore. There are a lot of other orgs who are replicating what we did in the past & we aren't anymore. Moreover, our structure doesn't incorporate inflation spikes being observed in PK.
