I have best team and i love to play Smash Karts with em after work, they are cool.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of our company's culture is its strong commitment to diversity, we really care about having different kinds of people working together. Everyone is included, and it makes our workplace friendly and creative.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You see the inflation; it's not easy to manage everything on a couple of dollars. As much as I love my job and the company, I'm not satisfied with the compensation rate. There should be an increase.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To be honest, I appreciate everything about the leadership team, but one thing that bothers me is that, being in support, we never had any meetup meetings with our VP and director. In contrast, in the sales department, there are weekly meetings with VPs and directors. I hope this can be improved.
