Appraisals dont come with any sort of cash benefit which is tough because cost of living increases regardless

to begin with, people that get hired on same role as me get paid more starting salary than what I get after 2 years

Leadership team is focused on just praising and enabling of who makes the most noise instead of encouraging people who do actual work which kind of demoralizes people who work hard and tells them to focus on just showcasing all the time
