Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
our compensation plan. In my four years at Motive, I've never felt dissatisfied with it until now. I am AE level IV and even a new hire AE's basic salary is way way higher than mine
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
one of the reasons why i love to work with Kt is because of its culture., the ability to reach out to anyone is massive, and the VP of sales is just slack away. there's so much transparency in the process, there are so many areas to learn. My voice is always being heard.
