Overall positive but all of the senior positions are based out of US or Canada. Any employee in PK doesn't get this opportunity. Also the overall compensation is very low specially how the taxation works in PK? Very limited medical benefits, no bonus or anything else.

The benefits offered to PK employees are no where close to what competitors are offering for eg. Medical limits, No Bonus

Too many meetings and feels like all of the senior positions are based out of north America so whatever we do the opportunities are limited
