nice people. Considerate. Supportive. Friendly.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Same routine mundane tasks. No innovation. No reward for creative work. WLB is terrible.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Return to office. Change in mentality. Innovation first shouldn't be in words, but in action. Encourage current innovators.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No more bonuses. Cash comp is super low compared to market rate. Cash is equivalent to motivation to work. WLB is terrible.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Have more 1:1 with employees. Leadership team should skip managers and talk to employees directly. Approve innovation. Stop top down ideas. Shouldn't be hostile towards employees when new ideas are brought up.
