What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The product. We have a great product and it does what our company says it does. It's the best in the industry and 3rd parties support that.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Committing to job descriptions, especially with new hires. Can't hire somebody providing certain criteria, then going and changing the whole company structure. That planning didn't happen overnight.
