We have resource groups that allow for people to feel connected, even as they work remotely.

Transparent leadership. We have good visibility into what's going on, our financial standing, and our plans moving forward.

Our execs are very approachable so you feel like you actually have a say. That goes for everyone at the company.

Transparency. I know what's going on when it's going on. Of course, they can't share everything but I don't feel like things that affect me are being hidden.
