Base pay is pretty good for my position. Wish I could get more though, given the current cost of living.

My team is collaborative and communicates clearly. They ask how I'm doing. We do good work and we do a lot of it.

Having a good mix of big projects and small routine tasks to work on. Having a great manager. Being trusted to just do good work and get things done on time.
