Motive has some of the most passionate engineers I have ever worked with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Motive's Leadership team is very forward looking and focused. They have a great vision for where motive is going and how to get there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part you are left to do your job in peace. Sometimes people get to hyper about nothing, and this causes unneeded stress.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation being more in line with provided value and market rate would help. Equity is a large portion of my compensation, and being that we are not public, its not really enough to compensate for the low salary.
