The compensation is not even nearing the inflation rates present

They seem to be ahead of the curve and deeply knowledgeable about the business we operate in.

Working on projects that need my expertise which make me feel valued. And growing the breadth of my knowledge.

The culture is very Welcoming to the new joinees. The team is young and dynamic and the environment is fun.

Very knowledgeable. Most of them are some of the best minds in the business and go out of their way to help you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The stocks are not given every year even if the performance is satisfactory. This should be told in the hiring rounds for candidates to make an informed decision.
