It was good and everything in the beginning, but attrition lost me quite a few friends, and the WFO push has seriously degraded my life outside of Motive at this point. The work is good enough.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increasing it would be a good start. It may sound good on paper but its barely keeping up with the tax limits and inflation.Find a way to not tax overtime hours, hat's just cruel at this point. I know, limited area of influence.Also, transport allowance?CT is a bad alternative,very inconvenient.
