It's only been a few weeks. But it's been great so far. Comprehensive onboarding, a lot of different resources, and constantly evolving technology. I've already been in more meetings or Slack channels with the CEO than I ever had been at previous companies. They really care.

Their genuine care and involvement with every deal at every level. They are invested as much as the frontline.

Everyone is willing to help and answer questions. I've been at place where everyone takes the "not my job" approach and it's the opposite here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team effort. Many people have their hands in deals to help win. Can be overwhelming and sometimes counter productive, but there are ample resources at everyone's disposal and people willing/eager to help
