they are always on hands to solve each other out, very supporting and reliable
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and have come up with a very natural process for picking out the winning horses
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There should be a checklist for each designation and if one ticks the checkboxes only then the hierarchy should be created accordingly, especially with the new teams so there is a balance of knowledge and experience
