Little to no support nor guidance on how to complete and excel in my position. Mostly trial by fire and told what to do. Very little constructive nor positive feedback and a lot of flying blindly. When scheduling one on ones with my manager they frequently don't show with no heads up nor apology.

Compensation is competitive and affordable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not many positives outside of being able to work remote.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Create alignment across teams, put more emphasis on change management and hold teams equal accountable. Also respect employee's time off and advocate for team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stick to and align on processes and if a lack of process be more collaborative and helpful to those who are new to the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't feel like I have the support I need from leadership to better understand my position and my place and value to the company and how to excel in my position and my place in the company. Everyday is a rush to understand and make sense of something complicated to share and be able to explain.
