Don't think of anything positive atm, no meetups no events no trips. you are sitting alone in the room performing's day to day tasks. Team sometime wants to meet and we do it at our own expense.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My firends with same experience and skill getting more then what I get, which means either we are not market competative or there are opertunity to explore more. The promition process seems to be made extreamly complex on purpose to not increase salary its should be improved this should be neut...
