What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love being free to ask questions, knowing I will get an honest and open answer, even from executives. They even get my corny jokes (or pretend to)!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The free lunch is actually super tasty and offers a variety of options for vegetarians. It always tastes homemade and fresh - and healthy! Really energizes me for the day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love having the direct and honest feedback when it is needed, as well as the selfless attitude and hard work. Plus they are just funny! This team knows how to have fun!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This leadership team takes time to get to know everyone on not only their team, but other teams, and what they can do to make the whole company successful. A community of trust and respect is built on leaders like ours who are invested in employee success!
What makes you most happy at work?
Our front desk and office team make this a very welcoming space, from live green plants at every desk, to live bands and happy hours, to random days with cakes celebrating nothing at all, to just warm and welcoming faces every day. It's the little thigns sometimes!
