Everyone is approachable, very kind and welcoming with an interest of sharing what they do or learning about what others do for the company. Feels like a giant team of people grinding for a greater goal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I began at a proper pay scale given my experience but heading towards a year the volume at which I've performed and excelled during a hyper-growth stage is significant. I feel valued but I believe my value has increased over my time with KT. I've been assure my hard work is noticed!
