Good but want/need more legit opportunities for growth and advancement in the role, on the team. Already experienced 6+ managers since being at KT and no clear goals, ladder, or trajectory even when taking on massive projects completely outside of the scope of my day to day role.

Below market rate pay and I am an exceptional talent. I am a great value to the team, culture, and company.
