Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Feels like very little interest in my growth at this company, have been looked over positions with little to no feedback as to why other than "more experience". The company doesn't seem to promote within and i don't see myself growing here at all based on the mentoring and guidance i have received

Work from home so I don't interact with people much anymore.

Being busy and fell I am contributing and bringing value to the company

Everyone wants to help and they have a genuine interest in your well being

Being able to work with people that have the same goals and connecting with them outside the office

Getting my paycheck, and knowing I'm good at what I do, even if my manager doesn't verbally recognize it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They not only ensure they know their employees needs, and concerns but also makes a point to address them and follow through
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding where their employee's career goals are and where they are going. Also clear communication on when promotions are being considered and when to advocate for yourself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am being paid roughly the same since I started and was hired back on at a higher level but with the same pay. The new healthcare program seems to just give a dollar amount to pay for expenses and not cover anything. I went to the same dentists I had been and now they are out of net work.
