There is no bossy culture, it always asks from us and always gets help to get the job done in given timeline

It's market competitive but the work is somewhat more complex which needs to be compensated better. Also, benefits it just average as compare to market

its work from home, and for me sitting at my room meeting and conducting an interview for my org on daily basis is the best thing
